First Degree Reiki

The course is usually taught in four sessions, over 3 days, for a total of 12 class hours.

The course covers the benefits and uses of Reiki, the history and origin of Reiki as well as instruction on using Reiki for ones self and others. 

There is plenty of hands-on practice with both Self-treatment and giving and receiving Reiki during the class. It is highly experiential and includes four individual energy initiations.

Upon completion of the course you will receive a certificate as a First Degree Reiki Practitioner. Once you have completed the First Degree Course, you are able to use the Reiki energy for yourself and others for the rest of your life.
